LeTourneau men's tennis got back in the win column on Saturday as they earned a 6-3 victory over Texas Lutheran. LETU finished the weekend 2-1 with wins over Sul Ross State and the TLU Bulldogs. The men are now 2-3 on the season.

Ty Grove earned a 6-1, 2-0 (retired) victory over TLU's Ryan Beene on Saturday and improved to 3-0 on the weekend in singles play along with a 2-1 in doubles with partner
Christian Farris. The LETU duo took an 8-5 win over the Bulldogs.

Grove now holds 3-2 records in both singles and doubles play, both at the No. 1 position for the YellowJackets.

Jimmy Henson and
Daniel Lopez combined for an 8-3 victory in No. 2 doubles as LeTourneau went into singles play with a 2-1 lead.

Ty Grove would take the first singles match followed by
Daniel Lopez (6-0, 7-5) to take a 4-1 lead. The Bulldogs would cut stay alive with a win a No. 2.
Christian Farris would earn his third victory of the season in the three position (6-7(4), 7-6(5), 2-0 retired) to seal the YellowJacket win.

Robby Bundy (6-3, 6-2) would add another win at No. 6 to give LeTourneau the 6-3 final margin.

The YellowJackets will look to build off the weekend's success on Saturday, February 25
th with matches against McMurry and Hardin-Simmons in Abilene. First serve is set for 9 a.m. against the Warhawks and 2 p.m. against the Cowboys.
