LeTourneau hosted East Texas Baptist for a Friday night dual match at the Davis Tennis Courts and also celebrated Senior Day by recognizing five YellowJackets for their hard work and dedication to the tennis program.

The men dropped to 1-1 in American Southwest Conference play with a 7-2 loss to the Tigers. The LETU women were facing a tough test as ETBU came in ranked No. 11 in the West Region according to the ITA rankings. The women also drop to 1-1 in ASC competition after a 9-0 defeat.

In men's action senior
Ty Grove won his sixth match of the season at No. 1 singles. Grove defeated ETBU's Connor Mason 6-4,6-1 and is now 2-0 in conference singles matches.

Also earning a win for the YellowJackets was freshman
Jimmie Henson at No. 2 singles. The 6-3, 6(5)-7, 6-2 victory was the sixth of the season for Henson and the first in conference play.

The LeTourneau men and women will be back in action tomorrow afternoon for dual matches with Belhaven University. The Blazer men come in with a 10-5 record while the women are 12-3 on the season.
