SUWANEE, Ga. -- After a undefeated start to conference play, the LeTourneau men's tennis team swept the SCAC weekly awards, for the period ending on March 1, as
Andrew Reiman was named the Player of the Week and
Zach Farris and
Timothy Black were selected as the Doubles Team of the Week, announced the league on Monday.
It is the second straight week Reiman has earned a weekly honor after being part of the Doubles Team of the Week on Feb. 23.
Reiman, a sophomore from Houston, Texas, went 2-0 at the No. 1 singles flight and won twice in doubles in two SCAC wins. He defeated Austin's Cameron McIver 6-2, 6-3 at the top flight on Friday and then won 6-2, 6-1 over Dallas' Aidan Nguyen on Saturday. He teamed with
Fernando Vazquez to go 2-0 in doubles with one victory at No. 1 over Dallas, and the other at No. 2 over Austin.
On the year, Reiman is 3-0 in singles play in dual matches and 5-3 overall.
Farris, a senior from Lucas, Texas, and Black, a junior from Lindale, Texas, went 2-0 in doubles play in a pair of SCAC victories over the weekend. The tandem played at the top flight and defeated Austin's Cameron McIver and Timothy Wallace 6-4 on Friday. The duo then took down Dallas' Aidan Nguyen and Gordon Huckestein at the No. 2 flight, 6-0, on Saturday.
The duo is 3-0 on the year, with two wins at the No. 2 flight and one at No. 1.
LeTourneau (3-0, 2-0 SCAC) is off to an unbeaten start to open the 2026 campaign. The YellowJackets return to action on Friday in Hilton Head, S.C., against Clark.
