SUWANEE, Ga. -- LeTourneau women's tennis doubles team of Chloe Tesser and Kylie Weeks was named the SCAC Doubles Team of the Week, for the period ending on March 1, announced the conference on Monday.

It is the second time this season LeTourneau has had a conference weekly honor (Emmy Phillips, Player of the Week, Feb. 23). It is the first career weekly honors for both Tesser and Weeks.

The tandem played at the top flight and helped LeTourneau to a pair of SCAC victories over the weekend at Austin College and Dallas. The tandem won 6-3 over Austin's Olivia Sanchez and Emma Davidson on Friday before taking a 6-1 win over Dallas' Bridget Sullivan and Avery Williams on Saturday.

It was the first two matches of the spring season for the tandem as Weeks returned to the hardcourt after completing the basketball season.

LeTourneau defeated Austin College, 6-1, and then took down Dallas, 7-0, on Saturday.

LeTourneau (2-1, 2-0 SCAC) heads to Hilton Head, S.C., for Spring Break matches starting on Saturday vs. Gordon.
