Track & Field Collects Eight All-SCAC Honors

LONGVIEW, Texas -- LeTourneau Track and Field garnered Eight All-SCAC honors at the SCAC Championships last weekend.

To earn All-SCAC honors, an athlete must finish top-three in their respective event at the conference meet.

Calvin Mason, Ben Sweatt, Andrew Cockrill, and David Dugan collected the all-conference honors on the men's side, while Madi Williams and Hannah Dunster represented women's track.

Williams, a freshman from Edom, Texas, garners her first career All-SCAC honors.

After dashing a 15.57 in the 100-meter hurdles prelim on Saturday, Williams clocked a personal record time of 15.50 in Sunday's finals, finishing third.

Dunster, a freshman out of Huntsville, Texas, broke the program record in the triple jump with her mark of 10.95 meters (35' 11.25"). Dunster finished second in the event and collects her first All-SCAC award.

Mason, a junior from New London, Texas, was the YellowJackets top point scorer of the meet, tallying 26 of LeTourneau's 110.5 team points. Mason repeated his 2025 performance, collecting All-SCAC honors in all three of his throwing events.

Mason won the hammer throw with his mark of 48.62 meters (153' 8"), came in second in the shot put with a 16-meter (52' 6") toss, and his program record discus throw of 46.84 meters (153' 8") earned him second place. The junior now sits at six career All-SCAC honors.

Sweatt, a senior from Hurst, Texas, collects his first All-SCAC award. Sweatt earned a second-place finish in the triple jump on Saturday with his leap of 13.80 meters (45' 3.5"). The senior set the program record earlier this season, and earned All-West Region for the triple jump during the indoor season.

Cockrill, a freshman from Montgomery, Texas, set a personal record in the pole vault with his mark of 4.44 meters (14' 6.75"). Cockrill collects his first all-conference nod, finishing second in the event.

Dugan, a senior from Lake Oswego, Ore., collects his second track and field all-conference nod, and sixth career including cross country. Dugan ran a 33:12.20 in the 10,000-meter, finishing second in the event.

Dugan also received his second SCAC Elite 19 Award, after collecting the honors in the fall with cross country.
