David Dugan,
Alexander Hoksbergen,
Austin Jett,
Calvin Mason,
Drew Moore, and
Daniel Risberg were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® team, announced the organization on Tuesday.
CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in their sport and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes track and cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Dugan, a senior from Lake Oswego, Ore., becomes a two-time CSC Academic All-District selection. He twice earned the SCAC Elite 19 Award in 2025-26 (cross country and track) and was an All-SCAC honoree in both cross country and in the 10,000-meter at the SCAC Championships.
Dugan graduated with his degree in mechanical engineering in May. He was a five-time conference all-academic selection.
Hoksbergen, a sophomore from Bow, Wash., collects his first career CSC Academic All-District nod. He set multiple personal records during the year and finished fourth at the SCAC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeple.
Majoring in mechanical engineering, Hoksbergen is a four-time conference all-academic honoree.
Jett, a junior from Magnolia, Texas, earns his second career CSC Academic All-District honor. He was part of the DMR team in the indoor season that earned USTFCCCA All-West Region honors. Jett was also named to the SCAC All-Sportsmanship team for cross country and was selected as a SCAC Character & Community honoree.
Majoring in biology, Jett is a five-time conference all-academic honoree.
Mason, a junior from New London, Texas, earns a second straight CSC Academic All-District honor. Mason was a four-time USTFCCCA All-Region selection this year and won the SCAC title in the hammer. He was a three-time SCAC Field Athlete of the Week honoree.
Majoring in interdisciplinary studies, Mason is a two-time SCAC Academic Honor Roll recipient.
Moore, a senior from Hempstead, Texas, earns his first career CSC Academic All-District selection. Moore placed fifth at the SCAC Championships with a personal record throw in the javelin.
Majoring in mechanical engineering, Moore is a three-time conference all-academic selection.
Risberg, a senior from Flower Mound, Texas, earns his first career CSC Academic All-District selection. Risberg had personal records in the indoor 3,000-meter and outdoor 1500-meter events on the year.
Risberg graduated with his degree in mechanical engineering in May and is a six-time conference all-academic selection.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program students must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA, finish in the top 50 regionally in a track event or at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, and be at least a sophomore academically.
