SUWANEE, Ga. -- LeTourneau goalkeeper Kinsey Fulks has been named the SCAC Defensive Player of the Week for the period ending September 20th, announced the conference on Monday.

Fulks, a sophomore from Frisco, Texas, collects her third career Defensive Player of the Week accolade after registering five saves across a 2-0 week for LeTourneau women's soccer. 

The netminder tallied 135 minutes in goal on the week, splitting a shutout in a 5-0 win over Texas College on Tuesday, before denying four shots in a 1-0 win against Schreiner to cap the week.

Fulks' shutout on Friday pushed her career total to eight, already second-most in program history. Additionally, the sophomore is tied for third in program history in wins with 11.

Fulks' .864 save percentage leads the SCAC this season, while also leading the league with just a 0.67 goals-against average.

LeTourneau has been on a tear in the early 2026 campaign, currently running a five-match win streak, tied for the longest in program history. 

The Fulks-led YellowJacket defense has also been a force to be reckoned with. With a shutout streak that currently sits at four matches, Fulks' defense hasn't allowed a goal in over 381 minutes.

LeTourneau will honor its senior class on Friday, Sept. 25, against Central Baptist at the Joyce Family Athletic Village
