Box Score The LeTourneau University men's soccer team scored twice in the first half en route to a 3-1 win over host Centenary College on Tuesday evening in Shreveport.

Patrick Tchekane (Graduate, Forward, Douala, Cameroon/Savio HS) was a tough matchup with his speed at the top," said Haesecke about the win.Â
The YellowJackets (1-4-1) were led by the two-goal effort by Tchekane as they outshot the home team by a 15 to 11 margin in the win.

Israel Madrid put the visitors on the scoreboard first when he found the back of the net, following a pass from Bishop in the 22
nd minute. The YellowJackets added to their lead when Tchekane scored in the 41
st minute.
Centenary erased the hopes for a shutout when Kellan Klaus scored in the 57
th minute but the YellowJackets responded when Tchekane added his second goal of the night in the 74
th minute.

Joe Myers made six saves for the win and Madrid led the attack with a match-high four shots for the YellowJackets. Â
Next, LeTourneau will travel to Memphis for the Rhodes Classic, where they will play host Rhodes on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 4 p.m. and Millsaps on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m.
