LONGVIEW, Texas -- LeTourneau University's men's soccer team will host Jarvis Christian in the home opener Thursday night. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at LETU Soccer Field.

LeTourneau is 1-1 all-time against Jarvis Christian, both games played in Longview. The YellowJackets won the last meeting, 2-0, on Sept. 14, 2016. They dropped the previous year's contest late in the season, 2-1.
Jarvis Christian is 0-2 this season, and is coming off a 5-2 loss to McMurry on Saturday. Rigoberto Escobar and Bilal Ebeyemi both scored first half goals for the Bulldogs, which allowed four goals in the second half.
LETUÂ will host Austin College at 7 p.m. Saturday to complete the weekend homestand.
