DALLAS -- LeTourneau men's cross country senior Walker Reeves was named the ASC Runner of the Week, for the period ending on Sept. 1, announced the conference on Tuesday.

It is the fourth time Reeves has collected the honor in his career.

A senior from Cushing, Texas, Reeves led LeTourneau to a second-place finish at the season-opening Nicole Leman Invitational on Friday. He finished third overall, in a meet with 37 competitors, with a three-mile time of 15:42.1. 

Reeves earned conference runner of the week honors three times in 2023. 

LeTourneau returns to action on Sept. 13 at the Rice Invitational in Houston.
