SEGUIN, Texas --
Calvin Mason landed an ASC All-Conference nod, helping men's outdoor track sit at third in the SCAC championships after Friday's events in Seguin.
Mason had the best overall mark in the shot put, landing on the podium by throwing a program-record 15.95m (52' 4), earning his first outdoor All-Conference nod of 2025.
Aaron Willeford threw the best javelin mark for the Jackets, finishing fourth with his second-best mark of his career (55.32m - 181' 6).
Colton Fears also landed in the top 10 with a 45.67 (149' 10), his personal best.
Drew Moore also threw a personal-best, hitting 43.05 (141' 3).
James Kearsing set a personal record with a 6.23m (20' 5.25) in the long jump, and
Bryson Culver (5.86m - 19' 2.75) also added a personal best in the long jump.
