ABILENE, Texas -- LeTourneau women's track and field earned a sixth-place finish at the 2026 SCAC Championships following Sunday's final day.
The YellowJackets scored 40 team points, greatly surpassing last year's conference meet total of 25.
Host McMurry took home the Women's Championship, finishing with 191 team points.
Madi Williams collected the second All-SCAC honors for the women, finishing third in the 100-meter hurdles finals with a personal-best time of 15.50
In her final meet with LeTourneau,
Alayna Galloway scored four points in the 800-meter, finishing fifth with a time of 2:28.57.
Michaela Antenucci brought home two points when she finished seventh in the pole vault with a mark of 2.36 meters (7' 8.75").
In the 400-meter hurdles,
Madelyn DeLosSantos supplied two points. DeLosSantos finished seventh with a personal record time of 1:12.24.
LeTourneau also saw success in the relays on Sunday. The 4x100-meter relay team of Williams, Antenucci,
Selah Prickett, and
Hannah Dunster scored three points, finishing sixth with a 51.14 time.
To conclude the meet, the 4x400-meter relay team posted a season-best time of 4:15.11. Williams, DeLosSantos, Dunster, and Felix Mullinax combined for the four-point, fifth-place finish.
Katelyn Chavez also had a personal best in the 1500-meter, running a 5:41.96.
