LeTourneau Athletics Hall of Fame
Dr. Mike Fratzke served two stints as LeTourneau head men's basketball coach and athletic director.
Fratzke was the YellowJacket head coach in the 1975-76 season and again from 1978-81, while also serving as the athletic director for eight years. In those four seasons as head coach, he accumulated 58 wins -- including two 17-win seasons in 1978-79 and 1980-81.
He earned NCCAA District Coach of the Year honors in the 1980-81 season after guiding the YellowJackets to an NCCAA Tournament appearance. Fratzke had three NCCAA All-Americans during his tenure.
Fratzke spent 12 years at LeTourneau as a professor and in the athletics department. He was inducted into the NCCAA Hall of Fame in 1995.
