Sarah Johnson Olson '89 was just the second YellowJacket volleyball player to earn All-America honors.

Johnson Olson was an NCCAA All-American selection following the 1987 season. In that 1987 season, she was at the forefront of a still-program record 20 wins -- including a 12-0 mark in conference play. LeTourneau captured its third straight conference title that season and made its first appearance at the NCCAA Tournament.

Johnson Olson and fellow Hall of Famer Roberta "Bobbe" Barnes Nixon are the only two All-Americans in program history.
