Keith Hibbard '78 played two seasons for the YellowJacket men's soccer team and made his mark as one of the top goalkeepers in program history.

Hibbard set a then-program record with 366 career saves and still holds the program's top mark in career save percentage at .876. He earned 11 shutouts in his two seasons, which was a program record, and had the program's all-time record for goals against average at 1.49.

In a 1976 season that saw him earn NCCAA All-America second team and NAIA All-District, he made 201 saves -- boasting an outstanding save percentage of .893 -- with a 1.20 goals against average and eight shutouts in that year. He also set a still-program record of 27 saves vs. Midwestern State on Nov. 2, 1976. He followed that with 165 saves and an .855 percentage in 1977.
