Mark Tisdale '87 was an All-American for the LeTourneau men's cross country program.

Tisdale earned NCCAA All-America honors at the 1985 championships as he led LeTourneau to an 11th-place finish. In that race, Tisdale placed 10th individually. He also finished 66th at the 1986 NCCAA Championships. 

Tisdale also collected NAIA All-District honors in 1985. He finished his time with the YellowJackets with a personal record 8k time of 25:44.
