Bonnie White '78 set multiple program records during his four years as a YellowJacket basketball player.
White set a then-program career record with 2,009 points -- becoming the first player in program history to eclipse 2,000 career points -- while totaling a still-program record 1,194 career rebounds.
He was a two-time All-American, earning NCCAA second team honors in 1976-77 and honorable mention following the 1977-78 season. In the 1975-76 season, White scored a then-program record 692 points. In his All-America season of 1976-77, White had the second-highest rebound total in program history with 375.
His 24 made field goals vs. Baptist Christian on Jan. 22, 1977, still holds the program's single-game record.
